This site provides three main advantages for customers:

You may use this site to see on online catalog of the items we carry. Please note that we are in the process adding all of our items, as our site is updated daily.

You may use this site as an online store. To purchase items you may call, fax or email orders. Refer to “How do I place an order?” for more information.

Do I have to use this site to order from Beyda and Associates?

No. You have the options to call or fax an order request. Refer to “How do I place an order?” for more information.

What is an online catalog?

It is a web site that displays a catalog of the items that are available for order.

What is an online store?

It is a web site displaying items available for purchase, which may be invoiced and orders may be submitted online.

What is the item description page?

Each item has its own page with additional information about the product. Click on the product image or title to view this page. This page includes a brief description of the product, retail price, the cost (selling price to you), author and ISBN. To add an item to the cart, press the order button. Refer to “What is the shopping cart?” for more information.

What is the shopping cart?

This is a list of the items, quantity and cost of what you wish to order. It will show you the cost of each item as well as the total for all items. You may print this list for your records, to fax to Beyda and Associates or you mail email it to place an order. Refer to “How do I use the shopping cart?” for additional information.

How do I use the shopping cart?

After you add an item to your cart it will show you a running list of the items you have submitted. At any time you may remove an individual item or change item quantities. When you remove an item from this list and it will automatically update the cart. If you change the quantity by typing in a new numeric amount, you must press the update button to see the changes reflecting in the cart. To continue shopping you select the back button on your browser or select the “Keep Shopping” link. Refer to “How do I place an order?” for additional information.

What are Beyda numbers and where are they displayed?

The Beyda number is a unique, 6-digit number that is assigned to each item we carry. It is listed on the item description page for each item.

What are the shipping charges?

Orders $100 or more will receive free shipping. Orders less than $100 are subject to UPS shipping fees. Vendors may contact us to request specific discounts.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be emailed, called in or faxed. Remember that you may print out the shopping cart page to use as a reference at anytime.

2. Your contact information including your name, business name (if applicable) purchase order number (if applicable), bill to and ship to address, contact phone number and fax number.

3. We also have the ability to make a customized order sheet for your business. If you are interested in a customized order sheet for your business, please notify our office via phone, email or fax.
